TA Cloning
During PCR amplification, it can be difficult to determine if it is a single PCR product. TA cloning is often used to determine the respective fragments. Due to the reaction of PCR applicable polymerase having terminal transfer activity, it usually adds A in the 3′ end of the PCR product. The PCR product can be connected using a T-vector.
