High Accuracy on Ion Proton Platform

Correlation between results from RNA-Seq (Quantification) on Ion Proton platform and qPCR. The sample were Human Brain Reference RNA (HBRR) from Firstchoice and universal human reference RNA (UHRR) from Stratagene. The scatter-plot shows a high correlation (0.905 of Spearman ratio and 0.993 of slope) between results from RNA-Seq and qPCR.
